Hey! Thanks for the update Brad. GC3 hasn't really been on my plate to play much since about a year ago, but I'm excited about the changes and the work and it's definitely on my list of games to get to. I had a blast playing it about a year ago when I had several weeks off and am looking fwd to the changes. Don't let anyone hassle you about DLC vs expansions vs whatever. Consider it a compliment that people can personally heckle

GC3 has generally met all of my expectations and has been a blast to plug around with. There are definitely elements that can be both refined and expanded upon - but the degree of either of these really isn't expectation-breaking for me. +1 It would also be nice to have minors not use pictures/logos that are used for a major (like just auto-sub them out or something). I would be really happy with just a big "alien stuff DLC" pack for one of the dlc releases, with pics/vids/logos and a bunch of ship themes that maybe didn't make the final cut... I find that I conjure up quite a few custom races and there really ends up being a lot of asset overlap..

you're not adding it up correctly. They don't appear to stack (all of the bonuses are from base and bonuses don't apply to bonuses). so you have .05 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 1.29 = 1.54 So the calculation would be 1.54*5.3 + 5.3 = 13.462 Not sure where you got 15+ but I can only imagine that you're making the bonuses exponential, which they are not...
