Game Won't Start

Hi All,

I have had the game for quite some time and never an issue such as this. Yesterday, when I attempted to start the game through Steam it would get the steam popup box wanting to start the game, I would get the request to allow the game to start (game starts as admin) but then nothing. The process would repeat over and over. It would never get past the stage where it requests permission to start before going back to the steam box trying to start the game. I am on Windows 10 and this only started yesterday (abouts). Any ideas? I deleted the game files and re-downloaded and reinstalled but that had no effect.
