Wotan1a, You should be able to load your 1.3 game into 1.3.1 or 1.4. There are some changes (mostly balancing) that will continue to use the 1.3 settings until you start a new game.

We have another Battle Viewer fix coming up in the next patch.
redviper37, We have a fix for that stuck turn for the next patch release. MottiKhan, The upcoming fix address the Altarian save game problem (same one as redvipers). However, I wasn't able to reproduce the problem in the "stuck again" save game file.
If you disable mods, do the subscribed factions show up? I've also noticed that sometimes quitting the game and restarting steam will make the subscribed factions appear.
I actually just got your ticket for review and am looking at it now. [e digicons]|-)[/e] Its unlikely the fix will be in for the 1.3 release, but we'll definitely working on it.

The fix for getting the production to visually update is unfortunately not in 1.3

We have a fix for " building galaxy screen"for 1.3. In the meantime, the campaign should load normally if you disable mods.

Hey folks, I'd like to chime in that today's patch (1.2.1) fixed an issue with the Battle Results Screen not correctly reporting the actual results. If you continue to see problems after getting today's update, please let us know.
We have a fix for the campaign loading issue going in for 1.3. In the meantime if you disable mods, you'll be able to load the campaigns without the delay.

The Sensor Manufacturing bonus is working as intended. For example, the Altarian Survey Ship starts with a sensor cost of 34. If you get the Sensor manufacturing tech, the sensor cost goes down to 30.4.
