While we are working on the expansion, we are still supporting the base game. The plan is that there will be fixes/improvements that would appear in both the base game and the expansion. I would love to hear folk's opinions on what they'like addressed, even if it's been mentioned elsewhere.

I can't speak to raptr+w10 specifically. Yet, we've had problems with 3rd party apps that inject themselves into our graphics processes. Without access to their code, it's not something we can fix (hence the game option to disable 3rd party hooks). However, I know that some of our in-house streamers use OBS and xsplit in windows 10 for twitch streaming and don't have any problems. Is either of these an option for you?

OK. We loaded the save and were not able to repro the problem. Howeer, we've updated the opt-in with a stuck turn fix for surrendering AIs.
