This has been broken since day one. The ironic thing is, at first it was really broken bad and Environmental was way better than the subsequent techs. So, they "fixed it" but they only made it where Environment is no longer better, but it is essentially equal to the later techs. Nobody screams about it on a daily basis, because it does not really break the game, but it should be fixed and if I was the boss, I would be kicking the guys ass who was supposed to have fixed it before. &nbs

This is a great mod. Lots of fun. The traits are very powerful but can be balanced by granting other traits to the AI. It takes a lot of the sameness out of the game. You are no longer playing against factions almost identical to you, with a little nuance.

I have downloaded a number of the factions successfully but some of the factions have no graphics, no foreground, no background and no logo. I have been thinking that they were probably bad files but I noticed that one of them (Vulcan faction) has over 50 subscriptions. So, I am pretty sure the problem must be on my end. Has anyone else had a problem and/or have any answers? Moving this from Mods to support to see if I can get an answer

All you have to do is request 1 or more constructors and they will be sent automatically. You can upgrade all from the govern screen option at the top of the screen.

I am opted into 1.1. I installed the mod as directed to mods in GCIII my docs and I installed the ships into designs in GCIII my docs. I am not even sure if it is supposed to work with 1,1 but it does. However, I can't use the federation ship style with other factions. It shows up as a choice but when I choose it the ship style stays the same. As far as the federation mod itself it is damn nice.

Anyone else noticing that quite a few of the factions posted to the workshop are not rendering graphics properly? It is usually the intro photo when you choose to play as a particular faction. Sometimes the leader picture is totally off center and shows nothing at all. The Warhammer races are pretty much all screwed up this way. This is not a problem if you are just using the factions to fill out a game, but I am kind of picky and I would not be happy posting a faction that did not re

In game recently I let the game run on soak for about 100 turns. I was way ahead of the AI and bored with the game when I went to soak and the AI continued to colony rush until they had nearly 200 planets. I restarted from auto save and found that the Ai is apparently not bound to the turn button. As far as breaking any fixes, I haven't noticed any breakage and fixes tend to break the mods and not vice-versa.

The resource improvements were great when they introduced them but perhaps a little OP. As seems to be typical, they over-reacted to the shrieks of the power players :) and made them nearly useless. I am kidding about the power players part. I actually think it was changed due to a disagreement among the devs. In it's original iteration, the Antimatter Plant gave you either a 4 or 5+ adjacency bonus to everything.
