0.81 1. Guardian drones module has a typo. Tough is spelled wrong. 2. game uses alot of ram that makes the game freezes and want to shut down. The screen blink and I see my desktop but it lucky decides nit to close out and I can play normally for about 10 more minutes untill it repeats. 3. Resistance does not calculate right as the have is 50% and when I get 35% from PDS and 80% from MA the 50% disappears and
Yep, I agree with the OP. I feel slightly cheated if I get to the later stage of the game and realize I didn't terraform optimally. I'd rather all of the regular terraforming options be shown at the same level. Display unterraformable hexes as red-tinted - only way to use those is with the single-use "terraform any tile" tech.
yes, yes, finally its catching on! Chekov was in a neuclear aircraft carrier
Yeah...morale lost its meaning again, would be nice to have the bonuses back for having happy planets,it really helped with early building and culture flips. So beta 3-4 had it imho, usable bonuses and incentives to keep morale up or you lose production and security. Plus goods and services is a good easy system, just a bit more tweaking Stardock, almost got it right!!! ;D DARCA ;)
I saw the same thing.
If you need to scavenge the map for these when I personally play with them on occasional, its a major problem. The game is built around wide, not tall and growth is impeded obviously here. Such a play style as you describe is not preferable for playing. Imho.
First I'd like to thank Stardock for bringing back my favorite custom race icon. Life would not have been the same without it. [e digicons][/e] ((((((Now I have observations and suggestions. Observations in a bit of a crappy AAR format and numbered suggestions. I picked a custom race with the yor tech tree and synthetic trait (because I think they need each other). On maps immense and bigger the ram was over 5GB on turn one so I am playing on a smaller one and its still rea
Funny. In the galciv3globaldefs file 5 is the limit of sponsors. I did not know this and will mod it...just to be sure of course. Lol
It should be done downloading in a few hours. I'm not a pattsy! :3
There is a destroy colony button in the planetary governors screen.
You all are rock stars, this game is a f*ck ton better than anything ever made.
Viva la revelucion!
Oh oh oh oh sweet child of mine yes! http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=1w7OgIMMRc4
I haven't played much in the past two months and am out of the loop, so I may have repeated some things. I played with the idea of setting priorities and seeing if the game would let me do it well. 1. The empire population, morale, research, credit, and turn info in the top right are to small for how important they are. I would suggest enlarging that and shrinking the planet list as a worthy trade off. 2. The shipyard management screen works p

Its a fruit ton better than egosoft forums. They such a joke. But I think its great. DARCA votes +1
Ah, like X3. You can set the turrets for your ships. Flack artillery arrays are set to shoot down fighters. Gauss cannons shot at capital ships. (though I could set any gun to fire at anything in any order. I could order ships to only take down the shields of another (good for boarding operations.) but you need to buy the right software first. This all sounds to good to be true, so I'll dream about instead and it'll be all right. :3 DARCA ;)

Dude. You are asking a question that does not exist and had no answer. I can't feel disappointed at the "AI" cheating to win, when the AI learns from you every game, and uses all its processing power and algorithms at normal difficultly. I standard which you would draw the line on. Like you said, anything past that would be a extra challenge, (not to mention its all moddable) so when the AI can't get smarter than, people like to give the AI bonuses because its all you can do after tha
I'm really liking the modding options. It is fun to do just like playing the game, it makes it feel personalized. Glorious.

I love what happens when a unstoppable force meets a immovable object.
I can think of at least a dozen pieces from the constitution and Thomas Jefferson about limiting the rights of minorities or limiting chooses based in majority rule. Though no clear majority is present here, I still think the principal applies that choices should always remain.* (*sorry fro ranting-ish) DARCA '_;
It may have something its divided by? Like tech, having alot of cheap old ship isn't the same as a few higher grade new ships.* (*I am most likely wrong on this.) DARCA ;)
