Currently we are working with Valve to try and figure out why this has happened. I will be glad to update as soon as I have more information.

After further investigation it appears that the hot patch is updating properly for some people but not for everyone. We are working with Valve to try and figure out why this is happening. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
I talked it over with Paul and we really want to make that a system that is more pleasurable to use. It has been added to the list. Thanks! :)

Sorry for any confusion, it seems that the build did not update as intended. It is possible I just need to clean the internet tubes and see what is going on. I will update when I have more information.

Sorry, I wanted to make sure I spent some time testing this, but the intended design is that commands do not apply to stacked ships. The commands should apply to fleeted ships though. :)

If I read properly it is working as designed. The bonus is to only go to the first originator.

I wanted to share that I had observed the program FRAPS was preventing my steam overlay from showing. After closing it and then restarting GC3, the overlay returned. Just encase that helps anyone.
