Thanks for posting your issue. Do you mind sending a save before this happens to support so I can have a better idea of what is going on? How many planets did it take until the trade was flipped to a yes? Which faction were you playing as? If possible, steps on how you were able to reproduce this issue would be awesome! Please try the following: 1. Disable cloud saves: http://screencast.com/t/lSyZWnwMTgiI 2. Rename your "..\Documents\My Games\GalCiv3" directory to GakCiv3.old 3. Restart the game and see if you have the issue.
