God bless you. I've had a pacemaker for a year and a half now. Mine was needed for bradycardia (slow heart beat). The model I have will last 8 to 10 years, and is being monitored every six months. It adds some hassles going through airport security, but is otherwise not too bad. I do have to take medication once a day to suppress the irregular beats and let the pacemaker do its thing.

Wish I could help with the beta. Unfortunately I'm outside the USA, thousands of miles away from my laptop.
To add to what has already been said, there are some government types that do not allow shipyard missions. Avoid those.
Bravo, I hope this helps the devs.
pff only thing i have to do is start a new game apparently
It doesn't happen that way for me or anyone else I recall reporting the problem. For us, once you build the central bank it cannot be built again until some triggering even happens later ... for me it's usually something like another civ surrendering to me. Then I can build one more, then it goes away again. The way you describe it you c
Being able to build more than one central bank and import export center has been reported as a bug by a number of people (including me), but the conditions under which it happens haven't yet been identified well enough for the developers to fix it. If you have a saved game where you are just about to complete constructing the bank (or import/export center) and then on the next turn it is available to build again, I'm sure the developers would be interested in seeing it.
I've been seeing the same problem with friendliness without Horemvore's mods, so I think its a problem that has been introduced in the base game. Edit: Eh, nevermind, I found I had the two way treaties mod installed and that was causing the problem.

It simply won’t let me place legions so I can attack.
There are typically 3 or 4 tiles on the planet with an outline around them, those are the tiles where you
Besides the Pareto Principle, there is also Sturgeon's Law, which Stardock has been stubbornly resisting its entire life as a company.
My first game with this mod in a large galaxy seems to have much better spacing than what I was used to (and annoyed by). So thanks again!
Downloaded! If this works you are my hero!
16. After successfully resolving a crisis, I don't seem to get a crisis manager to add to my government. Ever. All of the options for dealing with crises and which award crisis managers are listed here: http://wiki.galciv.com/index.php/Crises
According to the Star Control chat on Discord, it should be up on GOG tomorrow.
Very nice! I like it a lot!
it always says that 4 files failed and need reacquiring
You're not alone on that, it's been happening since the game shipped. If I recall correctly I've seen this explained as those four file being customized at game startup for your hardware and driver configurations, so as soon as you start the game they are changed from what Steam verify expects them to be.
I would think that there are some videos around, although I've never searched for them. I'm not much of a ship designer myself. I tend to just grab the hulls and slap weapons and defenses on them. I'm amazed at some of the creations people have come up with though.
Or is mashing parts from multiple Races together a completely normal thing to do...?
Yes, yes it is.
For further clarification, are you complaining specifically about changes made in 1.3? Because ever since initial release your ship has slowed down when the engines turned off.
Crisis. Do you have Crusade and/or Intrigue? If so, might try verifying your files in Steam.
I get that a few of you use WB to make Windows 10 look like Windows 7 but that is not what I am asking about.
Actually it's more Start10 than WB, though I use both. But sorry, I know that's not what you're asking about.
Windows 7 IMHO was the best version of Windows. Which is why I use Stardock products to make Win10 look as much like Win7 as I can.
Good point, I used 7-zip instead of winrar.
I've never played multiplayer so I can't directly help you, but you might have some luck posting in the #multiplayer channel of the GC3 Discord channel <a class="anchor-3Z-8Bb anchorUnderlineOnHover-2ESHQB" style="border: 0px; font-family: Whitney, 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; color: #0096cf; cursor: pointer; text-decoration: underline; transition: 0.05s; outline:
PureVenom, you didn't get the whole thing. The whole file is 382,569 KB. Took a while to download for me. There's a mods folder with 13 mods in it, including the two way treaties mod.
Is Microsoft creating updates for update sake? To appear as if they're busy over at Redmond?
Of course it is. By now, Microsoft is a massive bureaucracy. And if you're at all familiar with C. Northcote Parkinson (of Parkinson's Law), you'll know that bureaucracies have to justify their own existence somehow. Unless they are government bureaucracies, in which case their existence is their own justificati
