77 billions habs on Iridia! lol You sure are pushing your builds. That is actually a good thing for testing. Typically I just rush the AI as fast as I can and be done with it. I think I should try maxing stuff out too :p
EvilMaxWar
I just want it to be optional. Not forced like in galciv 2.
I am one who actually does not like auto upgrade of planetary improvements. I wish It could be turned off in GalCiv II , so may I suggest it is optional in GalCiv III? Some older buildings are more cost effective and cheaper to build. So I often choose to build those when I still have plenty of tiles in my colony.
People need to understand you are not "Paying 100$ for an Alpha" . You pay 100$ for pre-ordering the final game + a life subscription to GalCiv III. You get the Alpha Access as a bonus.
Starts the Campaign - Sends Laryssa to the woods ( supposed to be protecting her ) - Gets ambushed by orc party - Game over. LOL Dont think ive ever lost the first mission in any game this quickly ever.
Tries to launch the game. Game launcher freezes.. -_- Lets try again .

It was caused by multiple races targeting the same planet while out of range of the planet. I'm sorry but, this isn't the cause... In my current game I started with only 1 AI player, the AI player never had more than the initial colony ship. AI colonized the planet in the syste
I propose a solution to marry the concept of the dual and single que. You can operate a dual que a la GalCiv2 but it comes with a production setback--say you can only use 90% of your production, split across both your ques. This allows you to build both ships and planetary improvements are once, but adds a cost to the multitasking. This also opens up a possibility of having even more ques, but for eac
The simple answer is no. It should not cost that much. I will look into the cause of it. If you have save that illustrates the problem please send it into support.
How much is it supposed to cost?
Downloading now :p
I think the production diamond sounds good if they bring back the two types of production and keep the a wheel for the visuals. IMHO.
Production Diamond? If you are thinking about using the production wheel idea and applying 4 settings to it instead of 3? Im sorry but it does not seem to be possible. I tried figuring how It could be done but I see no way to make it po
600 does seem to be a bit expensive isn't it?
Well, As someone pointed earlier, I think it is an Alpha "feature" where some money costing invasion technique is applied by default, I would not worry about that. SD will make it fine in a subsequent update.
I just spent 90 min in a multiplayer game with fellow Founder Seilore . -Game went pretty smoothly overall. The creation of the game and the initial first dozen turns or so went without any hitch. The most annoying thing was simply getting to meet at the same time in the game. We used forum PM to set a time for the game and then me
I also support being able to choose where the initial colony capital is located. It is part of my list of annoying things in the alpha. https://forums.galciv3.com/452792/page/1/ But maybe the AI should first be made to place the colony optimally by itself, after all the AI will need that skill!
Yeah, despite a single CTD and one of my ship disappearing to a software glitch it went pretty smoothly. ( Except for the Irridium resident AI )
A bit better but your text still barely make any sense to me. I will try to go through it and send you a PM of the result, I see no reason to post that in the thread.

Capturing things = Spoil of war Right, if you look at something like the 30 years war, most of the devastation it caused was soldiers plundering the land they stayed in (that and plague of course, which killed more lives and caused more damage than the entire series of wars).
That Reminds me
I just waited 30 min in the lobby and no one joined. Scew it then, Ill go work on my AAR instead :p But if anyone feels like a 1v1 pm me I will be available for the next 2-3 hours and will check the forum often.
I do not have IRC, I just created a game, I will let it open in the lobby for a little while. If you see the game try joining , or send me a PM I would be available most evening. :)

DARCA, I do not mean to be rude but you make no sense. I just read your post twice and still cannot understand what your are trying to tell. Yeah the game is really making my i5 4670k break a sweat. Fortunately for me it still runs well because the CPU can take it. I expect SD will be able to optimize it. I am not familiar with Alpha testing, it is my first time but I think it might be normal at this point.
You must be out of your mind. Starports are and I will pray to God tonight that they will always be the main ship building source. This isn't just you Max, but every time there is a hard problem the number one idea is to reduce, limit, and restrict game features and call the waiting and malice's "immersive!". Less starports and grouping isn't the best answer friend. just make better design management,
Steam has a built in function for ScreenShots and I think the default key is F12. In any case you should head into your game and press Shift-Tab, this brings the ingame Steam menu where you can configure the key for screenshots and where they will be saved. Just pic a location on your hard drive that is convenient for you to access and try it. You should hear the sound of a camera when you press F12 in game. That lets you know steam has taken and saved the screeshot. &
