Is Yor civilization supposed to be able to colonize "Frozen World" type planets just at the start of the game without having to research any technology? Yes for Bacterial, Barren and Toxic types planets. No for Corrosive and Radioactive type planets. Not certain for Aquatic and Frozen type planets.

Is the Yor civilization supposed to have the "Space Elevator" improvement? The "Space Elevator" technology is in the technology tree but not the improvement, and the technology tooltip indicates that it is supposed to be available. Shouldn't this technology be renamed with another name for the Yor civilization and the text changed?
Why not display the value of "Social Construction" instead of the value of "All Construction" in the info zone of the planet in bottom left of the screen (not in the tooltip). It seems more appropriate to display this value. The value "23.3" would be replaced by the value "32" (31.98 rounded). And also in the planet tooltip, and in the list of planets, Planet tab on the main screen.

I have not tested the result over time, but I think that the duration of the different bonuses overlap in time, making them useless if they are not added, and nothing is specified in the technology tooltip, apart from the term "Capstone". What does "Capstone" mean in this case? A clarification on how it works would be welcome.
