14.) [Expanded] This appears to be related to the can't colonize or build a star base in another players ZOC U.P. selection. This instead blocks one from colonizing outside of your own ZOC in unclaimed space... Building of star bases are able to be built in unclaimed space.
4.) [Expanded] This issue with anomalies in dust clouds are as follows... Should an anomaly appear in a dust cloud, when you send your survey ship (note this is not 100% of the time more like 75%) the game auto selects the middle of the dust cloud. After you travel to the middle you can select the anomaly and the ship will then travel to the anomaly to collect it. This does not work, however, should the anomaly appear more than the amount of moves your ship has outside

Okay first off I admit, I've been distracted and haven't opened Galactic Civilizations III in the last few weeks. However, I opened it a little bit ago to design a ship... This is the issues I've run into. Upon loading a game, I exited and started a new game, I was not centered on my home world. Instead I was in the middle of no where and had to search for my home world. Second issue, the part group in the ship designer doesn't appear to be wo

Will there be any trading pacts in diplomacy such as I'll trade w/ you, only if you don't trade w/ x player? Will there be any agree to stay out of my space treaty?/neutral zone implications? Survey ship/ collect survey only in my space? Ship options to guard borders? Helpful, late games especially on larger galaxies. Will there be a dev stream for the 100 player game? This all intrigues me... I would say that being a part of your team would be great, however, I don't think you have a need for someone with 15+ years customer service. (maybe a little but not the focus). Basically the only way I would be a strong fit is if you were looking for someone who could fill a customer service role for the time being and grow internally with the company picking up programming in house training as time allowed. With the upcoming beta release in October, will there be new races/minors joining it? Will there be any use for astroids, with so many in the game they feel useless?
Yes, I would like to know more about what options we will have the ability to customize for our custom races, please go into detail... This would include... 1. Race special abilities (yes this has been answered but not in detail) 2. Race portraits (yes this has been answered) 3. Race logo's (yes this has been answered) 4. Home planet habitable tiles... (this has not been answered or talked about in anyway) 5. 
Although I match your memory usage when I run the game, my processor usage is only around 30-33%... So this greatly depends on your processor...
1. I like the AI (or other players) to be able to negotiate for almost anything, I would love it to notice if a player is just attempting to rip them off constantly, or if one is showing mutual benefits. I would like to have an AI that could help you out in a war and actually notice there assistance (Such as x player is wiping me out please come to my aid, then you see y player hitting x player hard). I mentioned this in one of the prior weeks post but didn't get answered, now another post by someone else in the forums has asked the question... Will there be binary star systems as I know early on there was some talk about this but, this is currently not in the game nor, have we heard anything about it?
My disagreement... 1. & 3. Too much like Total War, not interested in bringing that here, don't see a real advantage. 4a. This already benefits diplomacy (at least it did in Galactic Civilizations II) 4b. Interesting idea may be worth exploring to see if this would be plausible. 4c. Again similar to Total War, could still be used but I would think if this would be in game it would be in one of the expansions men

29. Beta 1 Patch 2 Issues... Ship designer shows I have 196 of 200 points available, a 4 point object does not fit. Here is a possible reason is that some of the pieces are 3.4 or other decimal sizes therefore when the game shows 196 it may actually mean 196.2 therefore my 4 point piece doesn't fit.
