I'm going to ask again. Are you checking use as template? This strips all components off your ship. Otherwise, it might be worth recording a video or taking pictures.
I won't get free content... but i'm ahead $77.50
I guess it depends on how many DLC and expansions you buy. Considering how much content that has been thrown out for previous titles by SD I would actually say you are behind. Again, depends on what you are interested in. I want everything so the original $100 price is a drop in the bucket compared to what I'm predicting I would have
Fleet logistics determine how many ships you can have ina fleet. Starts at 15 and adds more based on tech and such. Each ship cost 2,3,5,7... points that are deducted. For example, the starting cap of 15 you can have 1 medium ship(5) and 5 tiny ships(5x2).
Ideology requires points and some buildings generate points, but how do i see what is my ideology point production per turn is and how many do i currently have?
</p
If you post your save Frogboy can review the map and see if the AI was aware that planet existed. They have to actually scout the planet to know it's there. An early war could have destroyed the scout and hindered their map knowledge.
Yor start with 1 planet Iconia (which is explained in the lore)
If you are missing a design save your game (don't reload since designs cannot at this time be hot loaded into a game) then check in My Documents/My Games/GalCiv3/Designs to see if you see your design there. Also, are you clicking use as template? This creates a new hull design but does not create a ship.
Thanks for the reply annihilator. About the colony ship population, my thinking is that I do not want to reduce my home planet population much, because it is the source of my production. Also, with the constructor trick (not my idea, by the way, someone else mentioned it on the forum) you will be sending out three colony ships on the same turn. There just is not enough population on the home planet to max out all the colon
Well I built a doom fleet of constructors with 4 high density carrier modules each that only cost just over $500 each .. they never took a hit and hosed all opposition..
Ah, the carriers are likely going to have a nerf. The devs state they may be too powerful.
I think Iconis is the best system. Sure the Krynn have 3 planets in their starting system Iconis is very large. The smaller planets usually need a fair amount of terraforming in order to be useful because the adjacency bonuses are likely not good. The multiple planet systems potentionally could have more tiles but considering I play on large maps this is a drop in the bucket.
The class 10 may have appeared by the Benevolent trait Explorers and if they haven't scouted it they may not know it's there.
The Thalians (which have the trait) are bugs from the future. They are suppose to be very advanced, which is why they have that ability. Abilites are supposed to be powerful.
You started with the Intuitive ability.
It doesn't mean they didn't attempt to work on it. If you are a programmer in a company then you know everything goes through QA. Things get cut at the last second because they don't work right. THe priority for them was to get the game out the door and stable.
Well personally, my only issue with GC3 is its still a MASSIVE resource hog. Which, given its a TBS game it doesn't need to be. I was around day 1 of GC2 and that was exactly the same a MASSIVE resource hog but with patches became very streamlined and took less and less resources up to run. I hope they do the same with GC3 and optimise it more.
&nb
There isn't one I don't think. THere is s tutorial.
Here's a big one: Create a fleet big enough, and you only need one fleet to win the game, WHILE that fleet also takes soo little damage it's ridiculous. So even a mediocre fleet can run around an entire large empire destroying every single thing they can individually, and there is absolutely zero counter to it. It's like death by a thousand paper cuts. So the deciding factor in this game isn't effort or strategy, it's wh
They stated on the dev stream it will be fleshed out.
ignore...details already given.
I was stoked about this too. I finished my first game and took a screen shot of every page of the credits! I found mine on the LAST one! HOORAY! forceinfinity, I would put in a ticket or something if your name is missing. That doesn't seem fair!
<a id="ctl00_ctl00__Cont
Pretty sure it will Paul Boyer comments on the Friday Dev stream all the time that he likes that mechanic.
My game just switched to 1.0 and the Campaign button is no longer greyed out.
Make sure you are saving them to PNG as well. JPG will not work
Woot thanks. Not that I can play right now "working" and scheduled date night tonight with the wife without thinking "dammit"
