It's mentioned in the official modding guide, and the example mod for DL even has the repair-module in it (though it is bugged, because it has no value assigned to it).

My first experience was with GalCiv 2, or rather, an ad for it, which I read in a local (i.e. German) gaming magazine. I like space 4X games a lot, so I got curious. After hearing a lot of praise for the first game, I gave the demo a try, and, shortly after, bought the game. It hasn't left my harddrive since then, and I rate GalCiv 2 higher than MoO 2 now. Mainly because it has a much better backstory, and the individual races have a personality to them. Plus, the AI actually know
Fleets can now dock at a starbase, much like they can garrison friendly planets.
Nice! That should make it much easier to defend them. Although, I'm still hoping, that starbases will be able to put up more of a fight this time around. They were rather easy to destroy in GalCiv 2.

Interesting idea. I definitely would like the ability to add notes to planets in general, not only my own. For example, I'd like to add a note with "build the Manufacturing Capital here" or "turn this into an econ world" to one of my planets, or "there is a Precursor Mine here" or "this is the Drengin's main research planet" to one of my enemy's. This would make it much easier to remember where the special buildings are or what I had in mind with some planets. Espe
