Outstanding!

Just tell them the PC disappeared. It is probably nothing to them. Offer to pay for it when your brother gets straight, and finally if they threaten to prosecute, you can always surrender the box later.
Well, that didn't happen [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e]
Hi Gauntlet, Are you becoming more, or less convinced that you will be able to use Steam for your mods? It would seem from what I have seen that you could based on the ability to change names, add fleets, etc. There could be a problem with adding items to the bazaar and mercenaries, and I am not certain whether you can add multiple ships of each size, or does the game just upgrade basic designs
Worker is a poor name for a super ability. It should be changed to perhaps Production Manager, or if limited to one word, just Manager, or even Foreman is better than Worker. [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e]
Looking forward to it. I have cooled on the current game somewhat and this sounds like something that will get me involved again.🤓
Deathwynd could probably fix it but he has disappeared. I tried the tag solution above but it dn work for me.
Exactly where do you add that tag? I am apparently putting it in the wrong place.
I am also getting the crash
So, I see that the Korx are not a playable race. Do they and mercs appear in a regular game (not campaign)?
Frogboy said this week so 2/6/2016 at 11:59 PM should do it :)
There is a game option to show all designs deselect it and you will only see Terran
Really? I am going to have to restart a NEW game today!
My save game was fine but playing with the pre-patch values
I seem to recall someone modding the time from one week to a month. That would be better but still too short. 3 months would be about right. I try to never think in terms of turns having a time factor. I just think of it as a turn.
The anomalies are getting a nerf patch this week. The OP ones are very rare but if there's enough of them, they effectivley become common.
Frankly, I see nothing wrong with the anomalies as they are, since they can be adjusted or eliminated entirely. It would seem that the player who uses abundant anomalies would not want them nerfed. I would wager that there has not been a single complaint from the average user
Once Ashes of the Singularity is released hope to take an active role in the first expandalone (2017).
This is extremely good news.
People shouldn't get so bent over Brad posting his feelings. It is his forum but he does not usually ban people for griping as long as it doesn't get insulting. For the most part he conducts himself like any other poster. Once he has made his position clear, just stop trying to convince him that you know best. Maybe you do maybe you don't but just stop fcs.
SMAC had a citizen system (antiquated of course) and I liked it. Changes don't bother me. It's all good. I do wish you would respond to me on the possibility of more voice overs in the future.
The techs required for star base range extension are Support Field Mastery +2, and Exploration Extension +4 they are both in the life support tree They both have a tool tip that reveals the improvement. They are well hidden and I had a devil of a time finding them when I first started playing the game :)
Not a hardware issue. I have seen this kind of AI stupidity frequently. The only way I use governors is when I reach the point of having so many planets I don't care how they are run. Someone explain to me how AI behavior could ever be attributed to an under-powered system? I have never seen such a thing, and I have attempted to run games on substandard systems. I know the devs have tried to code the AI to make good adjacency decisions but so far it is pretty much a fail. I have n
You guys should seriously consider investing in some in game voice overs connected to major events. They add a lot of flavor to a game imo, and I would love to see it in GCIII
My personal mods (which are not appends) have to be repaired after nearly all version changes. I have to copy and paste the new files from the steamapp/GalcivIII and redo the mod. Not sure this is pertinent to the OP, I am no mod expert by any means
I would suggest that you read Gauntlet's thread on his factions for info on creating and adding factions and ship styles. The Dread Lords are not part of GCIII so I am not sure where you are coming from with that, but you can add your BlokBot faction easy enough. I( may be missing the point entirely since the Dread Lords as part of GCIII base game is unfamiliar to me.
Any word on how this is progressing? The Thanksgiving release obviously didn't make it. :)
