It's supposed to be decreasing by .1 per turn until you drop to your new cap. If that's not the case then this is a bug.

You know, I tried looking for those parts one day and couldn't find them. What do they look like/how do I find them?
Each name had to be individually checked before it could be included obviously. This leaves a lot of room for error. It happens, I'm sure they didn't mean to, they'll fix it when they can.
Mistakes happen, Stardock devs are error prone humans too. Take a breath and submit a report.
I am overly excited to hear this math.
Quoting Christian_Akacro, reply 22 The point is for some realism. If I'm a race with faster than light travel it seems utterly reasonable to me to set up a political boundary that encompasses some space around my planets, empty or not. It doesn't seem reasonable to me
Oh... Khorne's legion is the World Eaters. Chaos Undivided's legion is the Black Legion. Can't believe I didn't notice that yet.
Looks great! If anything Khorne should have a red glow, Nurgle green, Slaanesh purple, and Tzeentch blue. But I'd rather them look awesome without a glow than shitty with a glow.
Wait.. the base value are different for each race? Or just can be... how does that work with custom races?

But I loaded the photobucket folder too and it was not the checkered transparency, it was white. Very weird. Um... Abaddon64 you want to tackle finding cool background images? If not I'll do it eventually, just might not be for a day or two.
Ok dude, this has nothing to do with any game values or modifiers. I was using it as an example of why the Yor aren't Yor anymore when you conquer their planet. Growth rates have nothing to do with this. This is currently a problem with the flavour of the game, that is being worked on.
Can't you just scale down the images? As long as you don't get too small isn't detail loss negligible for high quality images like this? I could be completely wrong, I am not a photoshopper. Sorry for the missed karma, I was getting very punchy last night at 4am-ish local time. Also, I actually hadn't DL'd the Khorne Logo when you updated the Khorne post so when I asked about the whitespace showing for me on the freshly reloaded thread and on photobucket immediately after
I mention it because of reading about a human player abusing the crap out of this exploit and getting their pop up to several hundred on a single planet. Maybe the AI doesn't really do it but it's still a pretty big exploit for multiplayer.
Edit- Does this mean that each race enters the new age at different times depending on how many techs they've researched?
Ya, I know. The point still stands that, as far as the game is concerned, my Yor are transformed into my non-synthetic race when I take over one of their worlds.
You could even get mixed populations after an invasion, though that would add another layer....

How do you know there isn't a mixed population on the planet? GCIII doesn't track population by species, and the indications I see suggest population is more in line with the number of working-age or military-age citizens or even government employees than with
Clarification: Assuming you have at least .1 manufacturing put towards it. Zero is zero.
Oh you mean make a ship that looks like Voltron? That show was a little before my time so my first thought was Transformers and custom race. Then I was like... that's not a transformer, that looks like Ventronic! I want to see someone make the giant clown head. Go team Venture!
Not a bug. Minimum manufacturing to a shipyard is one. If you want to min/max all your worlds to 'exploit' this, go ahead. 1 production per planet is not going to get you very far when you can only have five sponsors max.
The credits screen is available by clicking the logo in the lower left corner of the main menu screen.
Did you reupload the image? Because the one on the forum here, and on photobucket, still have the whitespace.
I agree there should be a limited amount of space available for overbuilding. Great post.
Did you build her yourself?
