Well, I recognized that locked-up games mostly occure on small - large universe generations. Try 'huge' instead, this works fine for me currently.

Starbases - can't see the # of constructors currently pending inside from map view. I can see other ships, but no idea how many constr. are in, so I have to click-an-click-and-click every other turn. - no option to rearrange
