Don't worry about the date on the DLC. You won't see any keys on the page because you purchased the products through Steam(Or activated Steam keys from a different seller through Steam). The Steam keys are one-time use, so once you've activated them they're locked into that Steam account.

I verified myself the files are generated each time after deleting them, and starting the game. Our user reports are stating the same fix is working for them consistently. Drewdjca
I would try verifying your game cache within Steam. Deleting those two files though, and then starting the game, they should automatically be generated upon starting.

Can you share some screenshots of what you're seeing?
Can you increase your virtual memory and see if that helps? Do you have any background/current processes running that you could close to free up some RAM?

If you're not seeing these installed in your Steam library on the Galactic Civilizations III: Please log out of Steam and back into it. Then once you sign back into Steam you should see this: <img src
