If you're not seeing these installed in your Steam library on the Galactic Civilizations III:

 

Please log out of Steam and back into it.

Then once you sign back into Steam you should see this:

There are 7 parts, all of which are categorised as: Terran, Cosmetic, Small, Bulkhead.

These custom parts are pretty frickin' sweet. I've already made several designs with them, and I think they're my favorite ones yet.

I'm still not getting it and I got the game via a review code. I have logged out and back in, restarted Steam entirely, and even restarted my computer.
