While this will not be optimal for some, it is the current solution until then next patch is released It's no small task to fix what the issue is but it is our top priority currently.

This is a known issue that is being addressed for a future patch. It is likely due to you having a special character in your Windows account name (like an accent). If possible, create a new Windows account that does not have special characters and try saving a game again.

As you know, Stardock writes a fair bit of original software. The ticket system, however, is a third party product; thus, we have less control of how it functions. I will, however, see what can possibly be done. Thank you for your feedback.
