+1 Pop Cap to all planets. (Gifted) +2 Genius +4 Incredible +3 Godlike Yeah its messed up and I am fed up of pointing this out to the devs for them to keep ignoring how fk'd the handicaps are.
It is part of the Handicap the AI gets above normal.
Special.

You simply do not get it. It is NOT BROKEN. Works as INTENDED.
LOL - His way or the highway.
Limited time fixed PlanetTraitDefs.xml Food bonus changed to Flat Fixed Extreme worlds Extreme modifier for not having focus tech changed to Population from Raw Production.
The map does not get updated untill you hit, Turn. Been able to trade with a surrendered civ though......
I would like to point out this mechanic is already included, although unsused. Its called Cloaking and you can create components and or modules by using CanCloak and CanDetectCloak like any other stat. See here for a bit more information.
@ R-Team - If you took the time to actually search these forums you would see this topic has been put to bed by the devs already.
Both Endless Space and Stellaris have this, go play them.
XML changes always require a new game. You need to search the base games directory for any files you want to edit. Copy and paste them into your mod's relevant folders. Any DLC\Expansion that updates and uses a new copy of a file will always override any old version and you will have to use this as your base (EXP2_Crusade has all 3 of the files you require).
You do not need to reinstall the game after every patch, just go throught the renaming process again. Reinstalling like you do is just degrading your hardware components faster :)
Glad ya got it working :)
Goto the base games Directory, locate StardockLauncher.exe, rename it NoLauncher.exe, locate GC3.exe and rename to StardockLauncher.exe. Start the game and see what happens. If it fails to load, goto Documents\My Games\GC3Crusade find the debug.err file post it to dropbox or onedrive and post the link here.
Why the new thread with the exact same title as your old thread?
An AI used a Wormhole Artifact on you :)
Have you sneaked these adjustments in at some point over the last couple days? :) Yes I am 90% sure you have looking at some old to new screenshots. Like the changes.
Make a cargo ship design full of guns (Kinetics as you get the most on, requires the first military tech). Have a dedicated shipyard pumping them out constantly. Dock them forget about them, they wont cost you much to maintain. That will or should negate the ripe for conquest (We have more total attack power on our ships than you). All ways try to take thier credits in trade when ever you can, will limit what they rush/upgrade.
(you can see the visual update in the first screenshot)
I preferred the improved version (Land Tiles) from your Planet Improvement thread tbh. (With the water from your first shot here) Looks more real, above still has that "cartoon" feel ;)
Welcome to the new Surrender mechanic, can change it back to how it was pre 3.9 in the options.
Missing ShipSets are down to not owning some random DLC. Sorry about this btw I am redoing or trying to redo them, the game keeps crashing in the civ builder randomly and breaking any shipets I make (even from previous sessions).
I noticed a few minor things from core are working but most of the mods are not.
You either installed it wrong or do not have the required expansions, Crusade and Intrigue.
I have a Mod tool that scales Governments with Galaxy size. Adding administrators....... Anything else might need scaling?
The whole game? :)
Can research be spent on administrators/resources/production?
Nope.
