I started Galciv 3 several times while steam was online and everything was there. I go offline and everything is still there but the bazaar in any game I load or start including the torian campaign which is designed with it as part of the story. WTF? is this a bug or actually meant to be online only feature?
Ever get this resolved? I get same issue.
Mercenaries does not work offline. I wasted my 100 dollars being a founder. I get free expansions I can't use.
You already get diminishing returns.
I drop files into the docs/mygames/galciv3/factions/ leaderfgs etc folders and they don't show up in game. what am I doing wrong?
Yeah it is frustrating watching the dev streams and when people ask about all we get is a mystified dev.
Researching spark of life does nothing. The manufacturing cost of the assembly project does not go down, nor does the population produced go up.
Is the synthetic growth fixed? Saw nothing on Thalan tech tree. Is it in? When can we update the beta to this version?
I made gigantic map, and didn't like my start position. So went back to main menu and started a new game. Same spot, far north center. Tried switching from a custom race, to Iridium, and still same spot. 5 times in a row. Also, don't think wealthy trait is working as the Iridium had the same 2500 credits and no tourism income showing.
I've asked this in the stream forums several times. It is absolutely frustrating. I am with you. I am not going to bother giving feedback if it's ignored. I will not test until this is fixed either.
Yes. I would rather have points to spend on starting ships, PQ, etc.
I don't like auto assign. Not the idea at least.
I like this idea.
Production and research not carrying over. It's micro hell. Where is this on the priority list?
I agree. It's not realistic. It's not fun. It adds nothing to the game.
Just Galciv3 and Pillars f Eternity.
I don't want to be penalized for going wide. Colony maintenance and a higher colony ship cost would be fine. Seriously how does a ship holding 5 billion people cost only marginally more than a scout ship?
I want big guns for use against capital ships and little guns for use against small ships.
Steam does this, at least for Civ 5 it did. I know it's not exactly what you want, but have you looked on there for galciv3?
Sweet.
I know the $100 pack gets you all expansions, does it get the DOCS also?
Compared to civ 5 the tech tree seems bland. But we make our own units in this game.
I would like to know the formula, this should be shown on a tool tip somewhere imo.
Looks good.
