Dear Stardock, Why does the AI value these agreements so much? According to the information on a free trade agreement, this provides a 25% boost to the economy and last for 50 turns. In my current game the vast majority of the AI is earning less than 100 per turn. Using that number a 25% boost is 25 credits, over 50 turns 1,250 credits. Now I know the economy will increase over 50 turns, however, why are they willing to pay in most cases twice that value for th

Personally of the core factions I prefer the Thalan, Altarians, or the Torians. However, I rarely play the core factions and tend to play a custom faction I developed.

In the new game I just started Kaupleja V is about 10 tiles away from it's parent star. This seems quite unusual. I have submitted ticket #RAC-944-10670 . Below is the screenshot. A second screen shot added... at the beginning, notice Latlynn II is 8 tiles away from it's parent star. Hopefully this helps, the only thing is it's very easy to put yourself greatly in the negative by doing this so be careful ;)

With the Diplomacy work being done, will the AI see the multiple trade resources trade (3) snuggler colonies as (3) and not (1)? I haven't seen this being mentioned in the improved diplomacy work as well as I've noticed they still don't care on the amount in which they are trading?

I've seen this problem but, only sometimes and usually it's rare and I haven't been focused enough on the issue to create a ticket on it. However, yes it does happen.

Going into my current battle against the AI, showed Victory Very Likely. Watching the battle in viewer, shows my ships didn't do well, in fact I lost all three of my medium hull ships and they had surviving 3 small ships and one transport. In this game the star base shows the Archeology Lab available but, there are no relics anywhere near this star base? when hovering over the lab it says all have been claimed by another player which is incorrect as well.

This is what I've been thinking about with all the ease of exploiting the AI when it comes to diplomacy. Why is the AI so easy to exploit? Here is what I would change... First off lets say Custom Faction A has a high priority on Research and a low priority on Culture, with everything else in between.... I would make it so that this AI is going to pay more in either credits or other items for anything that will help them accomplish their goal to obtain research
