GalCiv III "should" allow you to play your singleplayer (and hotseat?) experience without Steamworks stuff active (no Steam) and without internet connection. If you want achievements, friend lists, multiplayer... hit Steam.exe and there you go. One can dream, right? My Steam games collection has been increased mainly because of free game (Bard's Tale) and free Steam keys for Kickstarter/Indie games (like FTL, Xenonauts, Shadowrun Returns...). Otherwise, it's a really small col

Like if Fallen Enchantress and Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes never happened in between that and GalCiv III. Hey, stick to "Heroes" for iterations. Elemental Heroes. Fallen Heroes. Avenging Heroes.
It's difficult to anwer. I like all the events and mega events. Obviously, I can get quite annoyed by some of them and their timing but that doesn't mean that the events are bad. Jagged Knife one can actually end being quite good to have if it happens when you are at peace and can muster quickly transports because it's a nice chance to get planets that you could only get by declaring war on a major civilization. Right now, no ideas about new events that hasn't

You bought blindly (hey, like me!) two Elite preorder for a game we know no much about, planning to play it together. So now... MUST HAVE COOP OR TEAMS OPTION? Mega Events would activate when things were too peaceful/relaxed in the map. Like suddenly getting hordes of spies in everybody's planets. XD Not sure if the Dread Lords appearing in an empty planet was one but those 20 defenders of it do kick ass. They were a great optional addition and I hope to see them back in full strength in GalCiv III. [e digicons]}:)[/e]
