I play with GeForce 210 with drivers from november 2012 and playing in windowed, 1400x900, my FPS goes from 8 to 16 (usually 10-11) depending of zoom and stuff on the map. [e digicons]:dur:[/e] Sticking to small maps with 3 opponents because crappy comp.

Ok, a bit over 24 hours so enough waiting! Altough I don't see ElanaAhova's request to join in the chance for Wasteland 2 key to be echoed in this thread, I feel obligued to account for the request anyways. Any post under this one requesting Wasteland 1 or 2 will be, sadly, ignored. Now, let me do some random picking... P.S. Avatar actually comes from an edit from an illustration for a short lived fantasy card game: <a href="http://fireina.b

To expand on the given information, I have no GoG or Steam key yet because I need to generate one: If winner wants GoG, then GoG will be. If he prefers Steam, I'll select Steam. :) If you don't mind one or the other, I'd probably give you GoG but only because I prefer it. So make sure you don't really mind! Also, and as I said in the original post, I'm guessing that it will be another Deluxe Edition. U

First, not sure if this is proper place for this. But I don't think that I'm hurting anyone so... er... don't sue me? Please? Apparently, I'm entitled to two digital keys for Wasteland 2 due to Kickstarter tier. First one is for me (had to reboke Steam beta thingie to get my GoG version) but I'd hate to let the second one to go to waste. The Ranger Center tells me that I can choose between Steam or GoG for this second key. And I'm guessing that much like the fi

I had my first crash to desktop today, after 50 hours of playing. The only common errors would be those null reference ones, which don't end the game. Oh, and around three times, I had the game stuck on changing turn for some AI battle. Had to save and reload for it to fix.

I said the overwrite thing because I tend to work at different moments in the big ships so I need to save to continue later. I think that in the dev stream it was menti

Hard points are more "casual". Slap some pieces together with little effort and presto. Or it will be once the hardpoints don't follow the current mess, which makes offset quite mandatory once you go beyond basic. Also, doesn't offset also allow to finetune the placement? I myself haven't tried that Ctrl thingy.

Tried not to resize the huge pieces (silly medium hull base) but those hangar thingies are HUGE. I'll let you guess this one: <img src="http

The good thing of modern techonology is that we can have more varied styles of graphics/art. I'm not super fan of this kind of pixel art but it has its charm. Plus my old graphic card has no issue with the quality. :p I don't find difficult to distinguish stuff in the map. And while combat/repairing may be automated, you can pretty much control where to deploy your characters, activate the combat skills when you decide,... In gameplay, the game is really interesting

wtfbbq? People in general likes things that they can recognize and/or feel related too. While some few people may feel attached to giant-bacteria-like life forms, most people won't. Except as some kind of creepy monster (like The Blob... any version of the movie). So if you want your readers/players to feel some kind of empathic feelings about those "aliens", in general, something familiar is needed*. Plus creating lifeform shapes that make sense? Not realistic task for some devel

Are we supposed to be surprised by Impulse's death? Selling Steam keys as soon as they bought the thing? Yep, didn't bother to buy from them ever again. Stayed with GoG as my main, and to a point to Steam for those rare gems (and "Steamworks or bust") like XCOM:EU (I can see the haters twitching... :P ) or all those Kickstarter alphas/betas (like Wasteland 2). At least Starock made some nice money finally invested in gaming area, so we may seem some serious gaming benefits out

I want my games to be fun. Balance be damned. :p MoM was fun despite any possible infra-AI. Lots of toys to play with. Low magic (some tactical spells and some global enchantments) in a game shouldn't be a problem per se.High magic like creating volcanos to destroy a city (most awesome thing in Elemental for a time), may be more of an issue. Endless Legend doesn't have high magic. Yeah, Broken Lords can drain life, the Haunted (I think) have a chain lighting ability on melee,.
