Crusade, latest version, I think theres something wrong with the invasion logic. I ran the quick battle half a dozen times. I invaded with 9 legions a planet defended with 5. I had overwhelming superiority (87 vs 17) and every time I was defeated. when I looked at the planet after the battle, there were no legions defending it. im fairly certain there is a bug somewhere, since that should've meant I won the invasion battle but yet I did not.

Crusade latest version, destroying a civ youre at war with does not remove the 'at war' condition. it is affecting diplomatic relations with other races, who think i'm still at war with their friend and/or ally.
so I accidently sent a transport instead of a trade vessel to a minor race's planet and without realizing what I was doing, I declared war on a defended planet. but In Crusade, there's no diplomacy with minor races, so is there any way I can make peace with them other than loading an old save?
I have 2 shipyards and 15 planets and went to build a third shipyard but it seems to be missing from the list of items I can build? I have the latest Crusade patch.
but, once a citizen gets assigned planetside it cant be reassigned, correct?
theres just soooo much going on and no real way to focus on research/production/money early on, and the AI now somehow greatly outpaces me that this game has become literally overwhelming. thank you for listening. anyone else experiencing this? or am I just so used to the pre-Crusade game that i'm having trouble playing it now?
so, once you assign a citizen to a planet, you cant return it to the global pool?
so they did away with the global slider? theres no longer any way to focus resources more on ship building or social building? cant favor research or production or income anymore?
what the heck happened in the 1.9 patch? was it a patch break everything?!? the games got so many pugs now I cant enumerate them all. its basically unplayable now.
moving the mouse to the edge no longer scrolls the map. I have to click and drag the map.
Structural Scavenging says 'use scavenged ships to strengthen your fleets'. I cannot figure out what that means.
game always hangs on torian's turn, large map, playing as terrans. tried on several save files and is definitely repeatable. I put my savegame in my dropbox if you want it: https://www.dropbox.com/s/yxehi44gc6s8oql/b.GC3Sav?dl=0
piggying too. same issue during torian's turn, on a large map, about halfway through the game. tried it with different save files and always happens.
Is there a setting that lets you change which direction new ships are spawned out of shipyards? they spawn to the right and i'd like to change it. thanks
as an example, a ship with 14/14 moves, when built and spawned adjacent to the ship yard, has 13/14 movement available instead of the full 14.
version 1.8, constructors having multiple construction modules become multiple ships when a starbase is constructed.
thanks. in a new game I finally got one - a cybertronic minor civ showed up about 70% the way through the game
downloaded the mega event dlc and started a new game. almost to the end of it and there hasn't been a single mega event
Negotiate with a major power to buy a starbase from them. immediately after purchasing it, double click on the starbase to manage it. add modules to be auto built. delete the modules to be built from the queue. click on Sponsor Settings button. Game crashes to desktop.
Steam sent out a message saying the Mercenaries DLC was 50% off through the weekend but the price in the store still says $19.99.
yep. that's what it was. also had black holes and nebula turned off and was missing a couple other resources because of that.
I have asteroids turned off. are the two connected?
ive played a full half dozen games with the 1.61 release and have not seen ANY durantium anywhere on any of the maps! I also have the Precursors expansion installed.
version 1.6.1, shipyard distance decay always shows 0% regardless of how far the sponsor is from the yard. when I look at my planet's production as a whole and factor in what it should be contributing to producing ships, the percent shown is always 0%. this is a new bug in the 1.6.1 release that wasn't showing in the 1.6 release
I'm using the 1.6 release version. The Pragmatic Ideology Trait Vigilant IV gives the player 3 FREE ships in each system. But the ships given are not free. please see the screenshots. each system that has 3 ships in it I am being charge 218 maintenance for every turn. I figured this out only after my empire went bankrupt:
