Reduce work area not obeyed in desktopx 2 in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

I have a theme I converted to version 2, actually based on Chloe. The only real problem I have is that the reduce work area doesn't work for the bottom or right of the screen. The top works for most applications, though some of them start underneath the top bar. The only way I have of limiting them is to change the Always on Top behaviour for the bars, which of course means that the applications windows dip underneath them. <A HREF="https://www.wincustomize.com/

There's a company (which eludes me at the moment) who specialises in these kind of setups, special video adapters and the like. You can do it on any piece of software its a driver level implementation the app just thinks its a humungous display surface.
