[/quote] Your a better man than me but getting the AI to use it, and using it smartly are 2 different things. It would be easy to tell the AI just to build everything but it would really use up its resources.
Fairly easily done (pretty sure) but getting the AI to use it is another story so it would really unbalance things. Other than that i would have already done it (cause i like the idea). When i make changes i like to make sure the AI gets the same benefits
have you checked the wiki http://galciv3.gamepedia.com/Official_Galactic_Civilizations_III_Wiki lots of good stuff but not much on crusade yet. Also you might want to take a look at youtube lets plays. Will never be a manual. For me, the learning is part of the fun

Agree good post. turn 1 - Mostly rush the ship yard unless i have a good spot for research. Always do "Artificial Gravity" first First and foremost there is the 'Pragmatic Builder Tier 1: Constructive'- Not always first but v close. Actually it is my first pick when i get the I points. Depending on # of near by planets my colonization event is driven by how good/bad each is. (typically play gigantic maps)

221 playing gigantic, 12 AI gifted mid to late game (150+ turns) i get many crashes. No common cause/action but typically during my turn just moving a ship of exiting a planet screen. Smaller maps are more stable. Happens on both my 4 and 8 core machines, each with 32G
I consider it one of the many oversights (rushed release) so i modded it to be all mfg. Ai benefits form this as well
