Beam - give a EMP so all manufacturing is stopped, Approval takes a 50% hit. Slow Missile - burrow so volcanic eruption starts... Fast but reduces planet quality. Kenetic - All inferstructer is slowly destroyed leading to... Med speed with disease.

giving a ship to explore is nice till they stat going into others areas without open boarders and get killed. could you add "Explore in Influence" after "Explore" in the ship commands so I can keep my ships in my area and not cause problems.

I wonder if it could be a 3rd party program. For me HWiNFO 64 is my problem. I use it for extra fan control here in the desert. If I do not use it or turn it off right after start all is fine. Did you install anything or update anything prior to the 0.70

Govern/Colonies does not show the manufacturing icon. The research and wealth ones do show.

One can decline a trade offer by using the back button but to make it more intuitive/easier to use could you add a decline button by the accept button.
