Leader do give +1 flat bonus in the xml file. I am not sure if this is their actual feature or a bug.
Ysengard been nerf to 25. It is as intended but description is wrong. They forgot to change it. Merc stuff is in GC3\DLC\EXP1_Mercenaries

Isn't it give you galactic wonder that spawn a class 10 planet near your location? Although you need Elerium for it so yeah, you can't build it at lease minimum 10 turn once you start mining Elerium since you get 0.1 per turn.
Is it possible for you to make a tech tree viewer that contain every tech even the trait one then add a filter so viewer can filter it out? Since additional tech from trait also stem from all basic tech after all.

I'm ok with AI cheat to certain degree. Let them cheat is one of the cheapest way to make them stay competitive against human brain and lack of coding. Coding a good AI for 4X game probably the hardest thing since there are a lot of variable and outcome. Plus, computer do anything at lightspeed with no mistake so if they make an AI too good, player will never win unless exploit the game mechanic. They get galactic wonder in first 10 turn? It been removed from Crusade but Dev seem forgot to take it all out cleanly.
I'm thinking about when war erupt and things getting destroy left and right. It would gimp your entire empire pretty damn hard if that happened. Starbase do get more powerful in Crusade since warship power been nerf to the ground but a decent mid-game fleet wouldn't have problem knock one down. Also, bloody Peace Keeper event suck mint mango. Their capital ship has frekken 60 Beam power with 375 HP. It easily crush starbase on it's own. It happened to me before and it made me furious.

20 Seem too long after mid-game since a lot of things can happen, more if you are at war. 10 just like citizen generation seem to be ok.
