3.0 and Intrigue doesn't seem to change anything to affect this mod, so I assume it still work. One way to find out [e digicons]:dur:[/e] *Still work, but it doesn't consume any of the resource since it state itself as +1, not -1. You don't get the resource btw, so you just pay construction cost for it only. **Figured it out. You need to change Flat to OneTime this will make it consume said resource.

Totally explains it. Been holding off on going back into the game and it's time for a little RL now. BOO. oh well. Thanks again.
Yeah, it wigged me out too. As I had just researched the +4 morale tech and had happy buildings on my planets and my morale rate was fairly decent by then - I just hit the 'give me a moment' and began researching the ladder to Interstellar Republic. Not sure what all happens when you create a New Commonwealth - I just knew I didn't care for the mini me that appeared. luceo non uro [/quo
I built a 8 core/32g of Ram computer 2 years ago (for under $1500 btw) specificly for this game, so yeah please do not remove/shrink the larger map sizes.
I wish custom map size is a thing. Sure we can do it in .ini file but would be nice to has it in the game interface itself.

I have mixed feeling about this. You shouldn't take Steam forum seriously for one. Place is like a pile of toxic wasteland. I'm sure you have your reason why you going to abandon GC3 and start a new one. There is so much updates, fixes, improvements you could make before it hit it's limit, to the point that starting over and reconstruct the entire thing is better than sticking with the old one. GC3 has big race customization is yes, i would say it is the main factor why i like GC3 mor
It seems like a noob trap that they even let you not sponsor a shipyard at all. It seems like planets should just auto-sponsor the closest shipyard on their own, why make it a choice when it's not even a strategic decision anymore?
It is used to be a trap. Newly or developing colony shouldn't sponsor shipyard at all since it will slow down their development. Not the case for Crusade. If your planets are not sponsoring sh

I though in 2.13 SD gave all galactic wonder that offer no bonus a small bonus? I didn't check them in the game yet but if the wonder offer one time bonus like the one that give you class 10 planet, you can destroy the wonder after that. Some do not allow you to destroy it however.

Star, planet, habitable planet, and extreme planet affect each other in sequence order but planet, habitable planet, and extreme planet compliment each other. More star mean more chance that you will have more planet in total. More planet mean you will encounter a star system that has planets instead of just lone star with nothing, and having more of them. However, these planets are Dead Planet (Class 0) which will be upgrade to habitable planet dictated by the setting itself. Then ho

Rare Star help separate how close each star system will spawn. I always play with it. Cluster settings. Scatter spread things out evenly/randomly, like how you drop green pea on the floor. Loose Cluster make a group of star system spawn close to each other then separate it by void of nothing. Help creating buffer zone where there is nothing but empty space. Tight Cluster just put everything so darn close to each other. It is the only option i dislike. Spiral is just. . .spiral? There
