Also, the skin description says that you will need Windowblinds 4.4 or higher to run it. Make sure you are meeting that criteria. Other than that, no one else seems to be having a problem with it.

Delete the skin again. Then, check the windowblind theme folder, and make sure the folder was removed. Then, try to install the skin again. I'm thinking that the folder wasn't actually removed. Although, before you uninstall a skin, make sure you are not running it too. Also, if you are running another skinning program and then want to switch to windowblinds, make sure the other program is completely unloaded. I personally don't reccomend any other skinning programs at all, other than windowblin
