The easy fix that I'd implement for this changing capitol exploit is to make it no longer possible to change one's capitol! You then can only name a new capitol if your's is captured or destroyed. I hope the devs consider this.

I was getting the "no event" issue more often in 2.13. Now with 2.14 it is less common, but I still one last night. I reloaded the save and still no event, but I got an event with the 2nd reload. This needs to be fixed. I am not sure of the root cause.

My anomaly experiences with 2.14 beta may be different than some others'. Playing a Genius level Gigantic Spiral vs 15 AI's with anomalies set to common and I see considerably less than in earlier versions. I also see AI survey ships taking them sometimes. I have Precursor Relic Frequency set to abundant. Does this affect the frequency of those nice well defended spinning anomalies that give you credits and bonuses? I've taken 2 so far and there's a 3rd I've seen, but not close t

I went straight for drive techs for more movement and we my race choosing its usual Fast+2 my survey ship still didn't move as quickly as the Alterran with only Fast +1.

The merc "The Ysengard" now only gives +25 credits extra per anomaly, but the text still says +100 as it was pre-Crusade. This is a serious nerf to this merc ship and I was rather disappointed after buying it.
