Hit the tilde key and type fow and start the next turn as that's what Paul does on the dev streams you can also type soak to make the game play automatically But be warned doing this invalidates the games score for the hall of fame.

The assault carrier modules have drones not fighters whereas the higher carrier modules only have fighters.

I don't use sensor boats BUT I did use a tiny hull design it as a starbase and load it up with sensors and send them out and dot them along my borders with other races as listening posts so I knew when and where someone was invading my territory in GC2. All I can say is - A lot of people will be upset if the devs get rid of them.
Yes you can but as time goes on they get more and more expensive.Early on I mix and match to get what I can out of it mainly the free colony ship and the free 3 constructors and then then the spare nearby planet if I haven't got a lot of worlds.I haven't done much more as I've been playing 1 race and the smaller maps to practice and I normally crush my opposition well before getting higher up but others may have the answer?

As paul said on todays stream Jenna Casey (terran) is going to appear in one of the expansions but you can add pics for leaders just don't ask me how?

I built my first sniper and sent it to one of my own planets and had one of the minors scream about a military build up lol
I have a quad core 3.9GHZ I5/7? with 16GB ram Gigabyte motherboard and 1.8TB HD Nvidia 760 GTX 2GB card and the loading times for insane maps isn't long for me? But I haven't tried loading more than all the majors plus minors on abundant?
