(That's sort of like blood brothers, except that if you see me in a knife fight, you're not required to jump in. You just have to lend verbal support from the side lines. "Feint! Riposte! Go for the armpit!" Junk like that.)
Gr

I think it's been mentioned that the Thalans destroyed the second terror star, and the plans to build it. I think that was under the civilization description. I don't think they are planning to bring them in the next game, but it never hurts to come up with a equivalent, but different idea for this. The worst that could happen is that they don't do it right.

Galactic civilizations 3 Alpha is coming out it will have a multiplayer. Most interested in that; unless distant worlds have multiplayer. i would have to go buy it agaim, but I could play sins of a solar empire. Haven't played Starcraft 2, but I could go buy that and learn. No any good turn based tech researching space steadegy games. That's what I'm really interested in.

Did you load it on the first two spots not just one, and where there any error messages. It may be the fact that I bought my computer last year and that may be faster than yours.

I only social network on Facebook and Galactic civilizations. This thread is for anyone who later wants to know what happened to me; because, I changed my name on the forums not in real. I realise no one cares though. I ran out of cool ways to say this. Now what are you talking about when you say somewhere else.

Go ahead and post if I'm right or wrong. I've noticed that there are a lot of people who don't have pictures for their avatars. One of the problems is the pixel requirements for the pictures their are two of them. I've noticed that any image I tried is to big for the requirement. so I loaded the image in paint since I don't care enough to have a fancy imaging program. resized the picture to the font. You will need to do this twice since their are two size r
Don't get me wrong, I love micromanaging. What I find tedious is when I have to do this with sea of worlds I've conquered. In the beginning of a GC2 game I would be very attached to the well being of my first few worlds. But after that number began to grow and grow and grow, each new world just became more or less an extra number. And then going through all worlds to establish build orders and queues just became a chore.<b

I like the idea of advisors. There could be something that explains that when you hit the economic wall it's not a bad thing in the turorial. That would have helped me in the beginning. It was kind of hard to manage an empire without an understanding that you are garanteed to go broke, A heads up warning on that is kind of nice. I forgot that did cause me a lot of problems until someone told me that was supposed to happen. Its all right. Maybe a tutorial on what to researc

Bad news Michael Whittaker died, I then rose from the grave to become this Willy Wilber avatar.0 Which eventually took over the United States navy, and became an admiral. After becoming an admiral in a war with china he took over the secret government of the United States. To avoid confusion I changed my name on the post. I thought I should tell you who this new guy is like you would even care right. If you don't care that I changed my game name please post. If you think this post is stup

If your wondering what happened to Michael Whittaker he died and was replaced with a clone named Willy Wilber, and he now is a admiral of the galactic armada. Are you asking for an easy setting on the game with an easy interface. I never had a problem using the interface even in the beginning. Granted I didn't know everything off the bat. I learned everything I needed to know, and gradually learned some of the unneeded elements of the interface. I always thought the interface was
The problem with your request is really about symmetry. After all the research about what an alien would like look, from the ground up (USING) carbon the species needs graspers, movers and food input along with eyes. From an energy standpoint the typical humanoid is usually the best at efficiency. There was a good discussion on this from National Geographic on alien builds and symmetry which tied into the

I was playing a little of Distant worlds, and one thing I didn't like was that I couldn't decide on what techs to research. One of the biggest reasons I play 4x games is tech research. I thought the private sector was a nice theory until I seen it. If Galactic civilizations does have the private sector then I hope it doesn't have private research, or the private and the public sectors share research. Another question is does a living breathing galaxy means automation. Caus

I would like to hear more of these. For later on I would like to see a back story on how the Altarians and the humans are the same species. The only way I can figure that is that the dread lords captured a bunch of humanoids a long time ago on earth a long time ago and brought them to Altaria.

Oh yeah this was miner, but I noticed things like when I made something like a research facility I didn't get the research or manufacturing points it promised. I assumed that this was called becaise the civilization screen worked of divying up whatever. Maybe I'm not clearly explaining this. All I'm saying is how come I never got all the points for stuff I built when I built it. This was minorly irritating that I could never get what exactly I built. Can someone comment on this to

I would like to see a scenario about how the dread lords captured a bunch of Home heildebergs and took them to Altaria. After your done with the species on the game I would like to hear more about other species for the game too. I think it was cool how you turned the Torians into the Trill from Startrek. Looking forward to more. This is good.

Can't see the problem the more improvements. Your ideas sound good. I would like a nicer looking combat screen though. More three dimensional.
