Is there a 'good' fix for it Horemvore? I am currently setting the value to 1 but if there is another line of code or more that needs for it to be added in order for it to work correctly I am happy to put it in.

Does the ai have the same fog of war on Gifted? I thought Stardock changed it so that all but the highest lvls of difficulty (ai) had the fog of war.

Nothing says you have to have max output per planet. If you want it..build it. Otherwise its not required at all. I rarely ever build more than 4 around one or two banking prime planets and that's it.
