Folks, a reminder not to directly copy and paste things from the documents here in the forums.
rofl yah i got "fan" mail... Sorry. I misunderstood the quote stuf for being forum quotes. But seriously give us a privat forum section where to openly talk about em please PS yah missed the second one = corrected [e digicons][/e]

Love being impulsive [e digicons]:D[/e] Edit: scrolling the names isnt working for me. last line is only half visable.
Quoting Nukar, reply 17 Colony and troop ships must land and get filled / unload on a planet That would add a bunch of micromanagement that isn't really needed. If planets can ship resources to the shipyard, why wouldn't they be able to ship people to the shipyard? Ofc then it would kinda suck for the people who get affected by the % distance penalt
Well I replyed on the new vault content. But hesitated because it would spoil its content. But then i thought that the founder and early acces parts of the forums where 'private' forums for (elite) founders only. Just to make sure i just logged off.. to my suprise i can see it all... Ooh well I am up for targetpractice if people feel the need to... PS why do i get the idea that 'view&

tryed without crossfire?
Why wouldnt morale happines affect a plantes output? If i look at my assignments the revenu of people is defently based on their satisfactions. If the compagny has much digrunt its not performing. If the employees are happy they work harder. Same go's for whole countries so why not planets? This can (or should be) , to some extend, be countered by supression.
You asume the name is based on player behaviour... Maybe the devs will force war on you by making the AI much more agressive when they reach that era themselfs
Hmm if stardock is ok with it we could simply set up a bug report system in google drive: Something like: Bug report: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1jmqy7MQPbtsvCPQSDK6Fu8hj7MeyirD2GxmkUOLWfCs/viewform Suggestions: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1Yb--4K
Hehe, professionaly i often guide UAT. (I know one would expect more detailed reports from me.. ) I pity the guys having to sort the mess of all our posts and making sure they dont get stuf double. But I would like to see is a list of know issues and feedback reported by the alpha testers. 1 list to check if it has been reported is much easier then having to read all the posts. Thats your job (this time)
When I land a filled colony ship on one of my owend planets it wil not add to the pop cap. However if I re-eject that same colony ship it will deduct the needed pop to fill it up. Only acception I found is when the colony ship originates from the same planet it lands on.
Well the second post is intresting. Bit old and much to read but might help you tips on overheating
I over did it with the colony ships, but i seem unable to decomission them Am i missing something here or is this a simple bug?
Yeah the stacking needs work. smal workaround. after eject move em 1 tile so you know wich one you are controlling
Just encountered a bug I didnt see reported yet (or missed it) Survey crew found +15 malevolent With previus events i got: +10 Benevolent +15 Pragmatic +25 Malevolent Culture standings on all is 0% Now the turn butting has 'Ideology' and i get to pick one. So i skip between ideologies to select the one i like most. For this game i wanted Pragmatic, so i navigate from Malevolance to Pragmatism
It should be on the downloadpage of stardock. https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products A bit hidden in the tekst under the game title:
Galactic Civilizations III: Founder's Elite Edition Product key: <span class
hmm. Most shutdowns are either heat or psu related. You excluded heat. I can not recall knowing a full shudown being not hardware related. Either the software overloaded the machine or the hardware was worn down. The alpha dhas a high CPU load, but (for me) its not maxing it out. Hows the lapotopfan running any problems there? (not the extra cooler)
> I know. I wish there was such a thing. The goal isn't to have zillions of early access users. Just hard core GalCiv users who understand that we're trying to appreciate their contributions by giving them everything we make for GalCiv III forever.
I am sorry but if this is true then why do i get gamersgate mailing special offering me the
Ok that makes it more clear. Altenativly you could suggest laser 3 needs more then just laser 2 to be able to research it. forcing longer periods of time between the 2 versions. Or just up research times
Quoting Nukar, reply 1 Suggest you look the word 'thievery ' up in the dictionary. While you are being educated please also try to understand the concept of 1- Alpha status 2- Elite founder pack (vs other packs) 3- the meaning off trolling 1 - I probably know what an alpha stage is better than you. Altho i understand your reasoning i disagree. i love large techtrees even if this means skippng the use of some
Lets just say that the devs have a different meaning to the state 'alpha' then most of us have [e digicons]|-)[/e] Look at the vault and see devs comments about the quality before alpha. One could wonder what they call the state before alpha . pre-alpha ?
Did you measure temps? both CPU and GPU.. Did you play on battery or powercord? Do you experience this behaviour with any other (heavy) programms? etc
