I haven't updated these mods in awhile and would have to check to see if they work out.

Thanks davrovana. He is correct in that incompatibilities arise when they alter the same files. Most of my work here does not cause conflict with LH 1.8.
What size ship are you looking for in this contest?
Are their going to be similar quests as in LH, and if so will the xml structure be the same?
It really looks like you are going to need a crew Stant123...
You can get Windows 8 with 32 bit, but when you purchase this OS it will usually come with a 64 bit copy as well. In fact, most copies of windows usually comes with 32 and a 64 bit copy of it. (I know my last two purchases of windows OS's, Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 came with both a 32 bit and 64 bit OS)
Since vetrar loves to wander, why not make all the land he steps on become arctic and part of expanded wildlands. New monsters spawn.
This is something that would need a code change from the devs to accomplish. The modding doesn't support this type of feature. There are a few fixes to the problem and I have prevented Vetrar from leaving the artic land in a fix of mine. I didn't want to mess too much with it as
You should right click on "computer" from the start menu and select properties. Then find "system type" It should say 64-bit operating system.
For some reason I want to write Step 12: ... Step 13: Profit!
Now that is what I call diplomacy. He didn't even flinch when he said that... brilliant.
Well, sorry that it didn't work. Not sure what you can do beyond use the integrated chip to see if that improves your performance. Then see if the fix it for you.
It runs fine on my 760 gtx. You should ensure that the game is using your high-performance card. There is a GPU notifaction icon you can turn on to ensure that it is actually using it. Be sure that you individual .exe is not set to use the intel HD card. You should update your intel HD drivers in case they are out of date as this may cause some problems. Ensure you are running no other programs when you run GalCiv3, try to run as few things as possible. Try running the game im
I'll take a wait and see approach.
Maybe not 99% of everybody agrees with Brad, but definitely produces a debate that is not so inflammatory. The community on this forum in general is good and these comments by Brad show that he is a person and not some robot making fun games to play. In fact, the only reason that I participated so intently with FE is because of Brads promise to fix what he did wrong. I know I sank 100's of hours trying to make that game the gem that Brad wanted. I never did get WOM, but I did purcha
The updating of the patch is something that steam usually does for you, if you have it set to update your programs automatically. As Ryat said, the opt-in beta patch is no longer available.
Yeah, that seems to be the current system, but right now they disabled that system till they fix it. They found a bug that they couldn't have found until they launched it anyway. Maybe in the future they will allow more of a unique friend code.
I just watched the youtube stream (unfortunately, work schedule prevents me from watching live), but I've questions on the trade route mechanics you mentioned. When another player "declare war" on raiding a trade route and holds it for 10 turns the trade route is destroyed. Are you going to implement any sort of prevention on milking this type of system. I.e. if I raid the trade route for 9 turns and leave it... then go back on it after a turn delay starting to milk the mo

So, a commander casually looking at this would misinterpret the correct information given about formation of the ships. If y
Yeah, I tend to stay with historical periodical writing. I did learn to use an old printing press and found it easier to switch the date when using month first and day next due to mechanical reasons of setting the type. For that reason, I will probably never change. As a mathematician we simply say that, "It doesn't matter the notation you use, as long as you define the notation that you are using." But to keep the thread on topic... Will we be able t
Don't anomalies spawn randomly throughout the game.
I think you mean 9/12 (September 12th), not 7/12 (July 12th). It would be nice to hear the next streams topic sooner. Questions for stream: I know that you have mentioned commanders in the game. Would a commander in a fleet be able to increase the logistical capacity of that fleet? Will commander players come with a unique ship for themselves? Some extra visual way to represent a commander in the fleet, or on the visualized battle screen? What skills should we
That is really neat to hear. Glad I joined the crowd. Really excited for their next module.
To be fair, the beta is out now. "Sneak previews" are a bit outdated at this point.
Ah, but there are all the cutscenes that still can be implemented or shown. The other character animations. Possible screens for the diplomacy to be implemented. Plus, other artwork that will not exist in the game. There is quite a bit to show, but taking dev time from it... not so sure if it is worth it.
