So, let's go. Without any particular order. Asteroids on the map: I wish I could change the cost of construction of the mining base to say 10 bc and then 1 bc per day in maintenance. Double click on the asteroid to build it. Option to automatically build asteroids as soon as they are in the player's area of influence (at the beginning of each turn). Option to automatically reassign asteroids to the nearest planet (at the beginning of each turn).
This bug is still present in Ver 1.0.3.1 You can also see the dark grey colored tech boxes effect in the screenshot, (perhaps these bugs can occur after loading a saved game). Not tested yet with Ver 1.0.3.3
This bug is fixed in Ver 1.0.3.1 No more need to remember to put the mouse cursor over the planet sprite area before to use the mouse wheel, thank you! ;)

This bug is still present in Ver 1.0.3.1 It can appear after loading a saved game, and at the same time some of the tech boxes are displayed with a dark grey color (the dark grey colored tech boxes effect is certainly not related). Not tested yet with Ver 1.0.3.3
Some update about the crashes problem. Ver 1.0.2.6 I completed two entire games without a crash; one game in a session of about 6 hours, and the other game in two sessions of about a total of 8 hours (6 hours and 2 hours). Ver 1.0.3.1 One crash with total reboot of the PC. No ticket. Not tested yet with Ver 1.0.3.3
So, between two crashes, :) I tried to add this in the "Stats section" for an improvement:
Level Global Improvement Manufacturing Flat 1 </Stats

@Publius of NV
There had been some galactic events in the game that could have done it.
Thanks. I also found that above the normal difficulty level, the IAs can randomly get some ideology points, not sure if it's for major AND minor races however.
Is there a way to change the destination path for the saves? Ex: change from C :\xxxxx\xxxx\Saves to D :\xxxxx\xxxx\Saves
