I've never received an extra tile with this event, maybe I'm misunderstanding how it is suppose to work. This issue appears to still be in 0.61. Again, I may just not understand how it works, maybe it gives you the Soil Enhancement tile back as I typically use these late game but, I would like some clarification please.

Truthfully I'm surprised you got that many turns... Normally I can't get past 300-500 turns without the game becoming unstable and crashing. Now mind you I always play with many planets so that may have something to do with the stability of the game, the fact you only have a few.

That's how it is for now. It has been suggested in various posts and dev streams that this will be addressed at a later time but, hasn't worked like Gal Civ II.

Yes, this is a common problem I have reported this to stardock with a ticket both in single player and multiplayer where it seems the game get's to a point and will not allow you to go any further on that game it will crash to desktop every time at the end of that turn. Now if yours is happening every time in the middle of the turn while you're doing other things I would recommend that you create your own ticket.
