Hey Turiel, Thanks for the update. Just an FYI, I think you can add the gfx folder into the mod directory instead of having to put it in the actual game folder.
Could someone please let me know if I am doing something wrong here? I search a specific topic in a forum and get the results I want, but when I click on the hyperlink for the specific post/reply I want to see, it just takes me to a generic (same page every time) page in that topic, not to the actual post I want to see.

UPDATE 12-13-2015 v2 (beta) I have not had time to do very much testing, but it should at least wok with GC3 1.5. By the way GC3 now does not like any folder structure that contains periods in regards to the Gfx folder. Example Macs Larger Planets Mod v1.1 caused the game not to load the gfx files while Macs Larger Planets Mod v2 worked fine. Took me forever to figure that out. St

Anyone else having problems starting a new game with 1.03? Already submitted a ticket, but no matter what I try, trouble shooting steps, fresh install, etc, every time I try to start a new game it hangs on "Building Map". I can load a a saved game but cannot start anew.
To me GC2's AI was pretty good, but for me, I'm always comparing strategy game AIs to Paradox titles, which seem to be more complicated and seemed much more challenging strategy-wise.
I have the same experience as Sansiol. Though I find it confusing, the devs decided long distance space travel and other world colonization would be readily available long before homeworld based aquatic undersea colonies.

When I was trying to create a new hull design, I had to edit the enum files directly in the game directory. Not sure if this helps or not.
Curious if anyone tried the mod and what you thought? I was trying to create a new hull, but ran into a dead end so I will get back to this one aoon.
I have found that the new hull does get into the game somewhat. It seams to be replacing only some of my cargo hulls. Seems strange, but I would love for a dev to please provide at least some info if possible.
