UPDATE 12-13-2015 v2 (beta)
I have not had time to do very much testing, but it should at least wok with GC3 1.5. By the way GC3 now does not like any folder structure that contains periods in regards to the Gfx folder. Example Macs Larger Planets Mod v1.1 caused the game not to load the gfx files while Macs Larger Planets Mod v2 worked fine. Took me forever to figure that out.
Still working on getting the unique Genesis Theory tech to work, but time is really limited. Please let me know if you still have issues.
Also, I will soon try to upload just the Genesis Project improvement by itself without increasing default starting planet sizes.

Genesis Terraforming Project. Allows terraforming anywhere on a planet and can be built more than once. As is it is kind of a cheat/God improvement, but not for me because I play with rare inhabitable planets and don't personally abuse it. I personally like less colonies to manage, but prefer to develop the few I have significantly further than the game is set up for now.
Obviously, not balanced yet, and also not sure if AI uses correctly yet, but I would love to have feedback on the mod overall and balance suggestions.
