That's because they offer an upgrade version. And it's irrelevant wether it's software or hardware, business is business. Stardock imply nowhere that DX Pro is available with an upgrade discount.

Its probably a good idea at least for Premium suites that Stardock also provides a non-english substyle, I know its sorta a pain but it seems increasingly more non english users are getting into customizing and in turn also purchasing suites. I love OSX. it's just so slick and I like how it just 'works', when Xp will throw up stupid errors and have you jump through hoops trying to figure out what they mean, plus unlike Windows, it doesn't go in a huff when you try and make it see things on a network. Although I do have to disagree about the 'impressive themes' part. WFX has always applied the shadow outside of transparent areas because the window is still essentially a square one, just with bits made invisible. With WB5, shadows can now be built right in to the skins themselves so they fit the outer contours of the border, so I think a lot more people will start to take advantage of that feature soon.
