Love the guy! I would recommend making him "float" by animating his entire body to go up and down slowly, just a little bit. I find once I animate enough items, the whole thing just needs to move lol..

Nice ship the CW! I like the barrel placements on the middle/sides and the angling. Here is my 2nd set of ships, used the Kryseth. https://www.flickr.com/photos/theonestate/sets/72157650481228086/ Small gunboat Medium Destroyer [img]https://farm8.s
Some highlights of my Terrans! Surveryor/Utility Destroyer, notice the fighter floating with it, and one on a repair bay with mechanic arm and drone working on it. Thanks guys. I somehow missed it. Good to hear the designer will get some polish, its a little kinky, but full of awesome.
When playing Terrans, I'm noticing that my older designs have virtually all white lights on their various parts. Adding newer parts, the newly applied parts will have plenty of yellow lights now. So my designs are starting to take on mismatched colors... Really don't feel like rebuilding so many ships, any advice?
Sooo I'm having way too much with the ship designer, I literally made hundreds of designs in GalCiv2 and I see no reason not to continue that fine addiction. But, I'm having difficulty gauging scale in the designer VS outside, once a ship is built. Are ships scaled based on their hull size regardless of what I do with components or no? I seem to be ending up with sadly small destroyers and massive cargo ships and pretty big scouts considering.
Seem to be that if you make a cargo ship with no colony/constructor/trade module, the ship has no icon. I like to load one up with sensors and sit it at my empire's edges.
My first ship a humble probe. The ring rotates, the entire body inside the ring also rotates. Unfortunately when actually built, several components shifted location. I'll have to make a simpler version later.
