Hey all, I am trying to create a mod with an expanded variety of race abilities. (to be clear, not traits like clever, or observant). You see, I created a modded faction, taking the "Black Yor" and making them a Major faction. I was aiming to make them into something like the Pirates faction in that they would always be at war with everyone, but I can't seem to figure out how to give a "major" faction type the special behavior of "atwarwithall". So I thought I
