I have noticed with the latest expansions of Gal Civ III you can no longer have diplomatic relations and tech trading with minor civilizations. Why is this. It makes the game less interesting.

I have been a user of Galciv since its initial launch on the os/2 operating system. I would like to see an option in Galciv 3 for a race or civilization that is based on egalitarianism and collectivity. I know this is demonized in this capitalist society, but it is an every day fact of life for the working class both here and globally.
