Looks like for the most part it was fixed. I notice a couple of odd ones 1) Survey module is not giving the right icon 2) Drone module is not giving the right icon 3) Survey ship icon sometimes randomly show up on my ship without survey modules (add weapons... haa haa) But other than that, seems to behave better. I now have issues with some of my design

Derek, Looks like 1.2 patch notes is out. Can you confirm the scout icon fix is in 1.2? I don't see it in the release notes. thanks

II was bored so I decided to try to work on the terran battlecruiser. I think this is the Behemoth version. The smaller Minotaur class is what we get to actually play in SCII. I will try to make that one next :) SCII Battlecrusier up on Workshop :)

Let me also see if I can reproduce what you did Derek. I will try the following: 1. Create a new ship from scratch and add with one weapon only 2. Use one of the existing template and add weapon only 3. Disarm one of my customer ship and rearm with just one weapon Hopefully we can narrow down the issue, I will still send you what I got tongiht
Thanks for trying. The ones I got generally has beam, missile/torpedoes and kinetic weapons... Don't know if that matters. I have your emails, I will send you a couple of ships I got that's having this issue. thanks

My ships are not over-massed, I made sure of it (and i put in a quote at my original posting about that, but I don't think it was clear enough... oops.....) But just in case I will double check the option tonight :) I am guessing no one else reported this issue (then it must be my problem somehow). Derek and TMPheonix, assuming the ship is not overmass, any other suggestions? Also Derek, thoughts on when the zoom-out icon will be fixed?

Hi Island dog, I had to revert back to 1.0.3 due to the many bugs introduced in 1.1... I hope the new 1.1 patch will be better. I am a bug fan of the game... to get things going I have to have one machine on 1.1 (to play with the workshop features) while playing on another machine with 1.03

As I play more, I realized it is NOT all scout icons, but its definitely not assigning the right icons... So far the majority of my ships has scout icons (including my survery ships, colony ships, construction ships, etc )... but my beam destroyer has the survey icon (no it does not have the survey modules) and my prototype ships (the ones that requires rare minerals like Eluerium) has the somewhat correct attackers icons.... Playing on a huge map it is getting
I seem to have all the dumb questions... so I apologized in advance :( In GCII (when the shipyard is also your planets), you don't have to have a ship building queue if you don't want to... the game will allow you to end the turn even if you are not building anything anywhere. With GCIII, I can't seem to find a way to leave the shipyard idle (or the colony or my current fleet). Before a turn, I *HAVE* to build something or else it don't let me finish the tu
Gizmokack great job with the ships!!!!! if you plan to upload to steam workshop you wont need to upload the custom parts. If you plan to send the files directly than you will ned to include all files (I think). cant wait to check out your models :)
