It is a design flaw though. I get that lasers and kinetics need to be viable options, but what is the rationale?! As it currently plays, if you use exclusively missiles, you just have to assume your ship captains are morons charging in guns blazing rather than utilizing the range advantage!

How do you figure out what version you have....the main start up screen just shows .97..... I'd like to get the hotfix (assuming that it's out) and verify that it downloaded properly.
I got the same bug with the Yor. I could click around but nothing would happen. I tried rebooting a few times and nothing worked. I wonder if invasion is messed up in the new beta...really hope not!
