I noticed that tiny hulls don't get a bonus to hp but they get a 20%-30% increase when playing as the terrans (I think it comes from the small hulls miniaturization tech but it doesn't say.). Tinys start at 5 hp and they are now at 6-6.5 in my game.
I...don't think that is possible, Paul might be scratching his head right now. But if someone is creative enough to find a way to make it fit, than tell us.
Yea I think "miniaturization" right now is loop sided and unclear. I've said before that I think it's too little, but now I think that with all the various specialization techs I don't really know what percent in getting for each hull. Maybe having a easy to understand set of techs like galciv2. Personally I think the bonuses should total 50-100% in the end as its a good number.

We need guides to know how to make proper modds. More importantly we need a starter modd that comes with the game that has everything in the game and gets updated with expansions and dlc. DARCA ;)

I believed the intention was to have the game last longer and to cull loop sided empires. As a seemingly good idea and packaged to feel innovative.
