No. After looking around in the game folders it seems that the content from the workshop was downloaded, it just does't show in game. It probably has to do with the fact that I have the game installed in a steam library folder diferent from default one.
I can't use any of the races/ships I subscribed in the steam workshop. I tryed restarting the game but nothing shows up. I have no clue how to solve it.

I tried a influence game with the Altarians recently, and I'm also confused as how cultur flip works. It seems that only one planet will rebel at a time, is that accurate?
The Swiss do take their defense very seriously, they have mandatory military service, and they have to keep going for 1 month a year untl they are 40. They also get to keep their army rifle at home so they can quickly respond to any invasion!!
bump Definetly, given the (huge) improvement cost, wording in the description, and the name of the tech, this must be a bug. I think it was intended to terraform ALL low quality tiles at once.
